CACHUMBER
Ingredients
1oz fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon corn oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
Method
Mix together the ginger, onion, tomatoes, lemon juice
and salt. Blend oil and vinegar and pour over the vegetables and
serves.
