1 lb rice
16 floz coconut milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon sugar
Fresh shredded coconut, to garnish
Wash the rice, place the water, coconut milk,
salt and sugar in to a pan.
Add the rice, cover and cook for about 20 minutes of until tender.
Turn off the heat and allow the rice to rest in the pan for 5-10
minutes, fluff up the rice before serving.
